According to the news, actress/singer Jennifer Lopez has fired her manager Jeff Kwatinetz - who heads management company The Firm - and has refused to comment on the split. However The Firm has issued a statement saying: Jennifer is a dear friend of The Firm and will remain so regardless of the business relationship. This was a decision based on differing styles and expectations and we wish her the absolute best.
Apparently Jennifer Lopez last 12 months were a mess; her 2005 album Rebirth flopped and while her role in An Unfinished Life with Robert Redford and Morgan Freeman achieved critical acclaim, it failed to win her the expected award nominations.
Meanwhile Jennifer Lopez schedule is really busy. The Celebrity actress will star with Orlando Bloom and Antonio Banderas in a new movie Bordertown, which will be released in October. Next on the list is El Cantante, just premiered at the Toronto Film Festival to positive reviews the biopic in which also stars J.Los husband Marc Anthony is scheduled to be released in the next few months.
In other Celebrity news, Lopezs album of Spanish-language ballads, Como Ama Una Mujer, is scheduled for release in November.
