Billy Joel is asking $37.5 million for the Long Island home he purchased four years ago for $22.5 million:
Joels spokeswoman, Claire Mercuri refused to comment on why Joel decided to sell the Centre Island, five-bedroom home with a private stretch of beach and stunning Oyster Bay harbor views - which was the venue for his 2004 wedding to Katie Lee Joel. The estate includes a domed-roof indoor-pool room, converted to house Joels grand piano, an indoor bowling alley and a dock for the singers beloved yacht.
It looks like a nice house and all but I dont think my credit score is good enough. Anyone know a good lender
