Hilary Duff Seeks Protection!

According to the news, singer/actress Hilary Duff has filed a lawsuit in L.A. Superior Court against two men who have been aggressively stalked her over the last six weeks. Hilary requested that the two man to stay 100 feet away from the couple and their family members. The hearing is set for November 15 and according to the documents, Hilary Duff claims the two men, a 19-year-old immigrant from Russia, Max, and David Joseph Klein, a 50-year-old self-proclaimed celebrity photographer, have made repeated contact with Duffs manager, showed up at Duffs mothers house, a Hollywood venue where her boyfriend Joel Madden, 26, of the band Good Charlotte performed last month, and an L.A. market the couple, Hilary and Joel frequents.
The even scary part is that Max allegedly has threatened to kill himself and to engage in dramatic actions to get Hilary Duffs attention because he believes they belong together. Max emigrated to the U.S. two years ago with intention of having a romantic relationship with Hilary Duff and for that to happen he would remove enemies who may stand in his way including her boyfriend, Joel Madden.
