Eva Longoria’s dog will walk down the aisle at her wedding ceremony in Paris on the superstitiously lucky day of 7/7/07. It is rumored that Longoria spends $500 a month on grooming services for her pooch, a white Maltese named Jinxie. Now all that expensive doggie care may pay off as Jinxie joins Eva’s wedding party in custom-designed doggie wear.

Here’s a grrreat tidbit - Jinxie’s getting a jewel-encrusted designer collar inscribed with Eva’s lucky wedding date: 7/7/07.
Longoria will wed longterm beau, San Antonio point guard Tony Parker, at the Chteau de Chantilly castle north of Paris. It is said that designer Monique Lhullier will be making her dress. Let’s hope the ceremony and decorations are much less tacky than the bright red invitations featuring a pop-up gold-embossed Eiffel Tower. Given the fact that her dog is wearing a bejeweled collar with her wedding date on it, I doubt that will be the case.
Wikifido tells us that white dogs are “high maintenance,” just like Eva. In Touch dubbed Jinxie the best-groomed pet, and at $500 a month it’s no wonder.
