The comments were said not to have amused his 37-year-old Welsh actress wife, according to Britain’s Grazia magazine.

A source revealed: “Catherine called him every name under the sun. Michael was trying to explain it was just for publicity, and that he thought it was a good idea to rev up his image as a bad-boy.

Michael, who was previously treated for sex addiction, spent hours trying to convince Catherine that he would never be unfaithful.
