Michael Jackson’s ex wife has given up all visitation rights to their
two children.
Debbie Rowe, who filed for visitation rights and custody of nine-year-old Prince Michael and eight-year-old Paris, agreed to an annual payment of 395,000 in return for relinquishing the rights.
Jackson’s lawyer Michael Abrams said: “Michael is satisfied with the result, and I believe Ms Rowe is satisfied.
Rowe voluntarily gave up all visitation rights in 2001, but changed her mind after Jackson was accused of child molestation two years later, according to court documents.
The 48-year-old pop superstar was acquitted of all charges in 2005 and has been living in Bahrain for the past year.
Jackson and Rowe, a nurse for his plastic surgeon, married in 1996. She filed for divorce in 1999.
Meanwhile, Jackson has been spotted dressed as a woman.
The ‘Thriller’ singer was seen in St Tropez, France, wearing a ruffled blouse, tight jeans and stilettos - hiding his face under a huge floppy blue hat and carrying a fluorescent orange handbag.
This is not the first time he has been seen wearing ladies’ clothing.
